1) From SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2)
2) From CENTRAL STATION: Take subway 53 towards Gaasperplas and get off at station Gaasperplas, the end stop. From here it is a 10 minutes walk to the hotel.

Very clean roomsThey tried to overcharge us. they were not able to provide an extra pillow. they didn't clean our room on the second day and we had to wait until after midnight for clean towels. there was no food available after 10pm. there was no tea/cofffee-making facilities in the rooms. breakfast was over-priced. the rooms at the front of the hotel are overlooking a very busy, noisy road and we had to ask to be moved.Anonymous

We had a great time, but when we arrived we were told you did not have the room i booked, but were immediately upgraded to a suite so this was great.I was under the impression that the hotel was situated near the airport, so we had to pay €30 from central amsterdam to get to the hotel, would suggest on booking you give a map t the hotel advising how people could get to you cheaper by using the metro (as a first time visitor to amsterdam, we did not know how far the hotel was from the airport and the central, this would not have put us off if we had been advised of the metro being so close)Murtza Khokhar

Good clean rooms, very well laid out.My hotel key did not work and i was locked out of my room. at 1.30am i was transferred to another hotel. the next day, the room was opened and i was late for the conference. the hotel paid all the transfers and the cost of the other hotel, which was good. they were also very apologetic about the whole experience.Milan Vdovic

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was incredibly clean!The breakfast is way too expensive. i've had better breakfasts for much less than they charged. they should definitely bring down the price. the hotel is in a really nice place, but it is definitely far from the city center. a metro train isn't too far away which made it very easy to get to the city center. Hotel is nicely located, don't be scared by the distance, its only 20 minutes by metro which is around 850 meters away from hotel. you can park your car there next to the station at campanile hotel, if u don't want to drive into the center of amsterdam. hotel was ok, breakfast with good quality and variety of food. nice flat tv's.No hair dryer in room, no tea/coffe facility in room, no cosmetics, 95% of channels in tv are in dutch.Geißler

The room was very niceThe staff was awful. the man at check-in tried to accuse me of not paying for the room after (most likely) attempting to pocket my cash that i paid with and was incredibly rude and unhelpful. i will never stay at this hotel again.
