Hotel de Paris is a cosy 3-star hotel situated in the centre of Amsterdam, near the Leidseplein. Hotel de Paris, a recognized ANWB-listed hotel, has all the comfort you would expect of a three-star hotel, including lift, bar, a lobby with TV, safe-hire and breakfast room.
The guestrooms are equipped with a bath and/or shower, toilet, direct-dial-phone, hair-dryer, safe and Wi-Fi Internet connection and of course a TV.
The hotel is open 24 hours a day, all year round. There are bus- and tramstops in front of the hotel. The location of hotel is good for transports,the staff is polite and the hotel is so silent,it has a good breakfaar even if there's not so many choice for vegetarian people...
I suggest more cleanliness in room... it would be a must..

It is very well located and clean and adequate for those (like us) who do not intend to spend much time there - we wanted to see amsterdam not a hotel room.We (a family of four) had a quad room (no 11) at the front of the hotel. the street noise was very loud, with a pub opposite and trams and high volume of traffic throughout the night. there is no air conditioning and hence you had to leave a window open, but in anycase the window latch was broken and could not be fully closed. i would recommend that travellers avoid rooms at the front of the hotel. I appreciated that the hotel had a secured access since it was located on a busy street.Because it is on a busy street and my visit was in the summer, it very difficult to sleep. i needed the windows open since the hotel (as typical in many places in europe) is without air conditioning.Anonymous
