The location is fantastic. the staff are pleasant and helpful. 
When i was chcked in i was allocated a non smoking room, there were no other rooms available, it would have been better to have arranged this online when i booked the room 2 months earlier. the bathroom also had a stale damp smell, which was unpleasant.Anonymous
